Brian K. Asberry presented the 2023 Employment Law Update at the 2023 Four State Human Resource Development Conference presented by Pittsburg State University on September 8, 2023.  Addressing over 100 attendees, Mr. Asberry discussed a variety of topics including medical marijuana in the workplace, non-compete agreements, the PUMP Act, the Pregnant Worker Fairness Act and recent Supreme Court decisions impacting employment law.  Mr. Asberry joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1996.  His practice involves commercial litigation and general corporate work, including assisting corporate clients with employment law issues.  He is a frequent speaker on a wide range of topics for the legal community and area businesses.
