Brian K. Asberry, a partner with Neale & Newman, L.L.P, has been named a member of the board of directors for the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks. BCFO is a not-for-profit organization that provides resources and financial support to individuals and local families facing breast cancer. Mr. Asberry joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1996. His practice is generally divided between commercial litigation and general corporate work, emphasizing commercial litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. He is a frequent speaker on a wide range of topics for the legal community and area businesses. Mr. Asberry is a past Chairman of the Board for Ronald McDonald Children’s Charities of the Ozarks and has long been active in the Springfield community.
