Mariana is originally from Arkansas but moved to the Ozarks to attend Drury University in Springfield, MO. She graduated from Drury with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish, summa cum laude. Mariana then attended law school at the University of Missouri School of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor. During law school, she participated in the Child and Family Justice Clinic and was published twice in the Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review. Mariana worked as a law clerk for Neale & Newman throughout law school and joined the firm full time upon graduation. Her practice includes business and commercial litigation and family law.
