Brian K. Asberry, a partner with Neale & Newman, L.L.P, has been named a member of the board of directors for the Greene County 100 Club. The Greene County 100 club is a not-for-profit organization that provides financial support to surviving spouses and dependent children of police officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty in Greene County, Missouri. Mr. Asberry joined the firm in 1990, following graduation from law school, and became a partner in 1996. His practice is generally divided between commercial litigation and general corporate work, emphasizing commercial litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. He is a frequent speaker on a wide range of topics for the legal community and area businesses. Mr. Asberry is a past Chairman of the Board for Ronald McDonald Children’s Charities of the Ozarks and has long been active in the Springfield community.
