Mr. Asberry has been appointed to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri Attorney Advisory Group for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2021. That group is composed of the bankruptcy court judges, representatives of the United States Trustee’s office, and practicing attorneys to provide input to the court regarding local rules, forms, and practice issues.
