Partner

Paul G. White received his bachelor’s degree in 1976 from The School of the Ozarks and his law degree in 1980 from the University of Missouri, where he was a member of the Board of Student Editors of the Missouri Law Review. Mr. White joined the firm upon graduation from law school and he has been a partner since 1985.

His commercial litigation experience specifically includes contracts, mechanic’s liens, landlord/tenant, construction fraud, defamation, products liability and creditor rights (inclusive of bankruptcy). In addition, Mr. White is well experienced in non-litigation civil practice areas such as banking (e.g., loan documentation and regulatory compliance), real estate (e.g., title work, sales and purchases, leases and foreclosures) and business transactions.
