Mark L. McQueary attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude in 1977. He earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1980. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rex B. Titus, Judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals from 1980 to 1981 and as a research attorney in the Missouri Court of Appeals from 1982 to 1987. Mr. McQueary went into private practice in 1987 and joined Neale & Newman in January 2002.

Mr. McQueary focuses his practice on banking law, real estate law, corporations and business organizations.
