Paul D. White received his bachelor’s degree from The School of the Ozarks in 1976 and his law degree from the University of Missouri in 1980, where he was a member of the Board of Student Editors of the Missouri Law Review. Mr. White joined the firm upon graduation from law school and he has been a partner since 1985.

Mr. White has a wide range of civil litigation experience, including the broad areas of commercial, personal injury, and domestic relations (e.g. dissolution, custody and adoption). His commercial litigation experience specifically includes contracts, mechanic’s liens, landlord/tenant, construction fraud, defamation, products liability and creditor rights (inclusive of bankruptcy). In addition, Mr. White has experience in the non-litigation civil practice areas such as banking (e.g. loan documentation and regulatory compliance) and real estate (e.g. title work, sales and purchases, leases and foreclosures). Mr. White has also served as defense commercial law consultant in white collar criminal proceedings.

Mr. White is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and The Missouri Bar. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Missouri and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.
