Alison M. Kelly graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri in 2002, earning a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising with a Spanish minor. She attended DePaul University College of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2006, specializing in intellectual property law. Upon graduation, she worked as a rotating law clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District and subsequently served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gary W. Lynch. She then entered private practice in Kansas City with a focus on intellectual property litigation.

Ms. Kelly joined Neale and Newman in August of 2009. Her practice areas include intellectual property, appeals, commercial litigation, and corporate transactions. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Missouri and is a member of the American Bar Association, The Missouri Bar Association, and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
