Christiaan D. Horton graduated magna cum laude from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1992.  He graduated, with honors, from University of Tulsa College of Law in 1995.  He was involved in several organizations in law school, including the Energy Law Journal, Natural Resources, Energy & Environmental Law Year-in-Review and Phi Delta Phi.

Mr. Horton has authored and coauthored several articles in the area of Environmental Law. His practice emphasizes in civil litigation, business law, personal injury, environmental law, construction and real estate law.
