American Institute of Architects (AIA) contracts
In larger commercial projects, the AIA requires a certain specialized contract. Essentially, it's a list of terms and conditions. It's usually around 200 pages long and is meant to protect architects from liability. Although these contracts follow a fairly standard form, they are among the most complex documents in construction law.
We represent architects, architectural firms, landowners and contractors in analyzing and negotiating AIA contracts.
Stability, knowledge and experience
Founded in 1903, Neale & Newman, L.L.P. is now well over 100 years old. In that time, we have become very familiar with our clients and their businesses. We understand the construction industry.
