Brian K. Asberry Publishes Chapter in Missouri Bar Treatise

Neale & Newman partner Brian K. Asberry is the author of a chapter in The Missouri Bar's recent new edition of its treatise on Creditors' Remedies. The chapter covers "Fraudulent Transfers, Receivers and Lis Pendens."

Asberry regularly handles commercial litigation in Missouri and federal court. As counsel for several financial institutions, commercial real estate companies, and manufacturers, he represents creditors in both Missouri courts and the United States Bankruptcy Court.

His practice includes creditors' rights, condemnation law, and general business and corporate matters. He is also a qualified mediator and arbitrator.

Asberry joined Neale & Newman in 1990 and became a partner in 1996.

He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of Dispute Resolution. He obtained his undergraduate degree from The School of the Ozarks.
